At the tender age of 60+, people are amazed and heads turn when they see how amazing she looks. She is also the proud owner of her online CBD Dispensary, Akanna, The Crown Jewel of CBD.

Earnestine has been committed to helping hundreds of men and women maintain a healthy lifestyle through proper nutrition and exercise. Earnestine is a Certified Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, Certified Wellness Coach and Influencer. She holds over 20 certifications from Cardio Kickboxing, Boot Camp, Indoor Cycling, Yoga, TRX, Pilates, and Metafit; just to name a few.Â
At 62 years YOUNG! I’m living my very best life with my amazing husband Ken. My children are all grown and I’m a grandmother to Elias Daniel, my heartbeat.Â
But my story wasn’t always so pretty. When I was pregnant with my second child I was in my late 30’s and was considered high risk.
At the beginning of my 2nd trimester, I was experiencing contractions and was diagnosed with Preterm Labor and immediately placed on bed rest. Because I was sedentary for the remainder of my pregnancy I gained over 60lbs.Â
After giving birth to my beautiful daughter Lundyn, I immediately fell into a depression. Looking in the mirror I didn’t recognize that girl; I was once a size 6 is now a size 16 I was mortified! I didn’t like looking in mirrors.
After 6 weeks it was time to return to work. I figured in 6 weeks I would be back in my corporate size 6 suits; quite the contrary, a size 11. I cried like a baby and became more depressed because now everyone would see what a failure I’d become.
After returning to work my team was very supportive but I could see the look in their eyes. I had one friend comment, that he didn’t think my body could support that much weight! At that point, I became angry and decided to get off my BUTT and change my story!
I decided to get back in the gym. I hired a trainer, and started The Cabbage Diet (I lost my first 10lbs). I was on my way. I had my incentive jeans. I put them on and they stopped at my knees and I cried! But I didn’t get discouraged; I started fighting harder. I put the jeans on and they stopped at my thighs. I thought we’ll they’re passed my knees. Next, they were past my hips but I couldn’t zip them. FINALLY, I was able to zip them and then they became too BIG!!
A few months later I threw a party and invited everyone to see my transformation and in that moment I knew I wanted to help people. I also became more empathetic to women who struggled with their weight. I never understood the battle until I was faced with the challenge of losing weight.Â

Combines punching, kicking, and footwork drills from martial arts with cardio exercises for a high-energy workout. Burns calories, improves coordination, and builds self-confidence.

Kettlebell Training
Utilizes kettlebells, versatile weights, for functional movements that engage multiple muscle groups at once. Builds strength, power, core stability, and cardiovascular fitness.

Hoola Hooping
